We are open from 9am to 8pm every day during the summer season. The last reservation starts at 8pm (for rides only, no tubing).

Our boat is equipped with life jackets, fire extinguisher, and other safety equipment. We also provide a safety briefing before each ride.

Yes, you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled ride for a refund of 90%. 

Meet at The Harbor Rockwall (2059 Summer Lee Dr. Rockwall, TX 75032). Park in the parking lot near Gloria’s restaurant. Come towards the front of the restaurant to view the lake. We will be parked at the dock. Our boat is black and green. We will greet you with our company shirt on.

For the cruisers, feel free to bring a cooler of your favorite drinks. Also, snacks are permitted. Don’t forget the condiments and utensils you would have for a picnic-style snack on the boat.  

For the tubers, bring a towel and a recording device to capture some awesome videos.

Bring a device to connect to Bluetooth and vibe to your favorite playlist.  

Payment is remitted through the "Book" link, Zelle or Cash App.  A fee is associated with the payment link.  Use Zelle or Cash App to avoid the fee.

Upon confirmation of availability, choose a payment method. Input your reservation information in the notes: mm/dd, time slot, phone number. Upon receipt of payment, we will contact you to confirm and set your reservation.

Yes. Use the "Additional 1-Hour Riders" link to pay for additional riders.  We also accept Zelle, Cash App, or cash.  If you have questions or concerns, please contact us at 430-257-9068 or info@ssglakesiderides.com.
